Method of Statement
Assignment instructions and risk assessment will be compiled during and provided after the initial site visit, using information supplied by the customer and compiled by the Reama security agent. The instructions will be agreed by both parties.
Security officers will be directly employed by Reama Security Solutions Ltd and trained to current BS7499 prior to any deployment. Officers will be on site at the time specified by the customer in full company uniform, displaying company ID and SIA licence, PPE issued where required.
Officers have use of secure mobile platform for reporting to our control, these details, booking on/off times, client specified information, details and images of any damage found and actions taken. This platform is tailored to the site and reporting is agreed by the customer. A live open call is also made to/from control to record and monitor the officer in the event of abnormal duties.
If a security officer is to attend a site which/that is otherwise unoccupied, they will gain access using keys and alarm information provided by the customer. Regular and pre-arranged contact will be made to our control.
Security officers will occupy accommodation provided by the customer/ client and will keep this area clean and tidy. The security officers will only use services Eg. Telephone as authorised by customer/client.
In the event of an alarm activation, the security officer will complete and online, real time report using the mobile platform information gathered is compiled into a report and emailed from our control to the client.
When carrying any of the above services, our security officers shall leave your premises in a clean and tidy manner.
Security officers will complete their shifts, not living the site until replaced by authorised personnel or will secure the site/ premises when there is no ongoing security cover (as per customer instructions)
Reama Security Solutions Ltd, instructions to security officers, state that if any intruders are seen on the site /premises or attempting to gain access, then the police will be informed immediately.
